Lazy staff, insinuating im lying!

I really insulded and dissapointed by Prieska PEP`s attidude towards me. I went to pep to find out if my package is still here. My phone was dead due to loadshedding amd i called my friend that sent me my package. I couldnt remember the time it arrived at Prieska as i have a very busy JOB. I simply asked the lady to please check of the package is still here and she told me my parcel will only be here Nov 2. As i told her i did get a message saying my parcel arrived already. She said theres no way its here. I went back home and with help of my neighbors i got my phone charged and brought the message to her. She already had an attitude and i told her next time it wo t kill you to have a look if a client ask if its still here. I only asled if its still here as i know they send it back after a while. Then another employee tjiped in and was very rude. The cashier told me they can only check if theres a parce with a pin amd the package have no tracking number on it whatsoever. Pretty sure her name is Cynthia as i have logged a complaint in the past on hello peter about her too. This is really bad as the store have a massive negative environment already treati g their clients like ****! Their lazy and do t wanto go the extra mile for your clients!!!
