Lazy Staff at Randburg Pep store branch

The customer service we receive at the Randburg branch from staff in unprofessional, they are lazy and arrogant. We did not fetch them from their homes to come work I'm 100% sure they came asking for work now they no longer want to work but collect cheques. They should all get client service training s****s or be taken to go work at receiving with boxes as they don't want to help clients. They gave me coin change of R100 when I was buying in the afternoon whilst in the morning they never have change. They shud change their attitude or get shipped out
