Lazy , ******** cashiers

I went to Pep store in denlyn yesterday to buy school shoes, first the queue was long only to realize that the staff members were chatting amongst each other the other one asked for the volume because her favorite song was playing on the radio, while we were standing at in queue the one lady apparently works at some branch was visiting the cashiers kept on chatting with their colleague and ignoring the fact that there are customers waiting in the LONG queue, there were 4 cashiers only 2 were only working because the other ones where chatting with the colleague from the other branch , at one point a client had to wait 15 minutes for an "overwrite" from the supervisor. when you get to the floor there isn't one floor assistant at that branch there's NO ONE on the floor to assist the clients. I work 5 minutes away from denlyn but I cant go to pep quickly in my lunch time because I have to spend an hour or more in the queue oh and the manager was nor where to be seen, its either the cashiers are very lazy or they don't appreciate their jobs. the service at Pep in denlyn is ridiculous. I've been to that store the service doesn't get any better instead it gets worse
