Laybyes thrown out

Hello i made a laybye at pep delft mall. Prior to the lockdown.il i made one at airport mall aswell,now at airport mall i went a month after the expired date and i got my goods, today i go to the one at delft mall manager was standing at the door i told him my laybye expired june month but i couldnt collect due to the pandemic,but i want to know if i can get it month end, he then said we been throwing out alot of laybyes but i should go check at the counter, and my laybye was thrown out now i want to know why arent pep considering people after they said the laybyes are extended not only do i lose the clothes but also my money they can mos think people need money so if you know you wont beable to get your laybye you will go and cancel it and get your money instead of lising it im very disappointed and im nit going to leave it like this
