Laybye cancelled before expiry date

I did a laybye on 6 December 2016, when I went to collect it on 24 February 2016, I was told that the contract was cancelled and that everything was pit back on the floor!!! Never mind the fact that the contract expires in April 2016! I don't understand what the point of lay byes are, if Pep gets soooo impatient! Maybe try waiting until the contract expires before cancelling the contract! I am beyond disappointed! I will never set foot at pep again!
