Laybye cancelled before due date

Had a laybye at pep despatch branch that expired 20/4/2019 ehen i went to collect it yesturday 27/03/2019 it was taken to the floor i want to know why because monthly payments was made so here i was demanding for answers with a cashier that had attitude and was totally frustrated by me asking why is it cancelled with stupid answer blaming the computer for cancelling my laybye is it possible after i was giving monthly payments and collected it before the due date this never happened to me before i was so disappointed.
