Laybuy *****ing staff

Pep Store Mabopane- Central City- They cancelled my laybuy before it expired.Made a laybuy in March(28) . Saturday 29 June went to pay for laybuy-its cancelled - I had made a payment of R250 to secure my laybuy - outstanding was R800. I knew I would be receiving money by June as I am helping my unemployed mother with my younger sister. Ooh well pep crashed all of that. I know in the laybuy- I had 5 sets of sweaters and shorts going for R39.99 and the staff members wanted them for themselves. Why do you even allow us to laybuy if you know you want the goods for yourself.

Disgusting practice. Noone could even tell me the date they cancelled. Also the disgusting practice of requesting id copy when I have my ID present . You only used if when making the laybuy- when it's time to process a refund you want a copy of my id.
