Laybuy cancelation which the store doesn't want to give me

Hello Peter I would to complain about Pep store in the police station mall in Atteridgeville I'm not happy bcz I can't get my money back I laybuyed with I went the for cancelation after 6 month bcz all the time I was sick so when I arrived there I had my ID with but unfortunately they said I must also bring a copy of my ID to get the voucher which it doesn't sound right Why should I get a voucher if I payed cash And why should I pay for a copy of my ID for the store pls help me I need my money back
