lay-bye seems to vanished

I made a lay-bye during may and paid a deposit,unfortunately I lost the lay-bye slip but took my id to collect the lay-bye end of June. I explained the cashier and gave her my Id she told me to wait ,I waited for over half hour and then asked if anyone's going to assist me, a friendlier lady tried to assist but ask me to come back some other time as she cannot trace it. I went back twice but still no assistance. I took the liberty to ask a cashier in Southgate branch for assistance she was very friendly and showed me on the system where they should look , I went back but they're always too busy to help.I normally lay-bye at pep stores as when I don't have enough cash. I paid a deposit and it seem that I'm going to loose it now due to incompetence unfriendly staff members
