Late opening

I went to pep cell in Tembisa plaza, and on Tuesdays it opens at 8:30 am. And at 8:30 the 2 ladies are chatting and laughing away without opening the doors for us. And I was the first customer to pay for my WI-FI, my slip its stated 08:47:31. And confronted the lady whom assisted me, by the name Mpho and she gave me an attitude. And I pay my bills at that pep every week. And this was not the first time I've experienced such poor service from them.
