Late coming

Good day. I'm standing outside a PEP Cell Store in Daveyton mall. The store was supposed to open at 08:30, now it's almost 09:00 and customers are still waiting outside. The consultants, two ladies, came and when we ask them what time they open, they just laughed at us as if we're crazy. Then they still want to buy their breakfast in front of us, taking out money in the till. One of them is wearing a name tag Pholoso. It's people like these who gives the store a bad name.
