Lakeside Branch Rudeness

Good day

I was at PEP store based in Lakeside Mall Benoni, yesterday and got the worst service from retail. I asked a worker her name is Bongiwe from the store to assist me with a price of Easter eggs and she refused to help me because I spoke English instead of IsiZulu to her. Furthermore while I was shopping for my items she went on and started making rude comments along with the store manager saying if I want to be helped in English language why do I not shop at Woolworths and mind you there were other customers in the shop while they making these rude remarks. When I came to the till no one was there to assist me they all went to the back it was until when I mentioned that this is not a good service and I shall be reporting this then Bongiwe came to the till to assist me. While she was ringing my items I asked her if I offended her because I asked for her to speak a mutual language with me she responded with a yes. She then asked me since I am a black woman why do I not speak isiZulu I told her zulu is not the only language in South Africa and I am Tswana that is why I spoke English to her. She continued throwing my items angrily inside my plastic bag. I find it extremely rude that people who work with people have no people skills in that branch and as for the manager to not even remind them that they work with clients made it far worse that they honestly do not care about representing PEP in a proper manner.
