lacking customer centricity

i went to pep store in Diepsloot, to withdraw money that someone sent to me, i have never in my life received such bad service as if i came to borrow money there, it make me even wonder why pep says they have that kind of service to send and receive money and when you go collect they tell you they don't have money and call another client while you still at the till. your stuff do not know the meaning of customer centric. if sending and recieving money service its something impossible to do, then let shops like shoprite do it. pep lenyatsa batho.
