Lack of willingness to help. Utterly disappointed.

The service received from Ndivhuwo at Nkuna mall was not right, My sister went to send a package to another branch using the PAXI service, she didn’t know the “Store number” where she is sending the parcel to, the cashier lacked willingness to help, I had to call the branch and my sister had to look for the store number. Ndivhuwo even went away for some time until my sister managed to get the store number. I have used PAXI countless times at no point am I ever requested to find one by myself.
