lack of respect

On the 16th of October I went to the store as I was 4 steps in the store the guard stopped and said I must leave my nappy bag at the parcel counter, I told him butI have my phones and wallet in there and I cannot carry them by hand as I was carrying my baby. He may not meant to say personal I ***** nappies but the way he putit and his attitude towards me was revolting. I even explained that the nappies i have are marked from hospital he can check when I leave and he kept on arguing that us ladies ***** nappies...however I have been to PEP at protea glen, protea gardens and maponya mall and have never experienced such or maybe the stores operate differently? As I decided to leave the store he was like....ya vele you can go. Wow I really think you should train your employees on people skills. I was so dissappointed and I went to shop at Pep glen mall
