Lack of customer service
I went to PEP store(Alberton corner Penzane and voortrekker road) by 08:50 only to find that they are still closed whereas the trading times they displayed shows that on Monday they open by 08:30,I knocked because there were people inside but they just looked at me.I left there by 09
