Lack of customer service

The cashier at pep home in hillbrow johannesburg (Nomasonto)ignored me when I greeted her and she carried on going back & forth with whomever was in the office about a song lyric that was playing ,while I was standing there in front of her. I greeted her again and asked to pay my multi choice account. When I gave her my receipt she said"that's not a pep store receipt" she gave it back to me and told me call out my account number myself when she gave me my change and as I turned my back on her she said "mxm" & it was in ear shot she knew I heard her
