Lack BATHO PELE PRINCIPLES!

I posted this msg on 1July 2020 on Twitter as a DM. Please tell your staff at Jan Kempdorp and all your other stores to practice the BATHO PELE principle and put smiles on their faces, because am I going to spend money there which will by the way pay their salaries. It has become a norm now and you don't want this to be hashtagged...

This was their response on the same day:

We will escalate this with the store.

This is what I further wrote: Good, and if they dare try and take me on or give me bad attitude about this, they will regret it. So, it will be best if Pep stores handle this matter with the utmost respect for its customers and that includes me too. Thank you.

So I did a follow up on my query on 6 July 2020: Hi, has my issue been resolved? No response ever since.

Known and trusted Pep stores will be getting a bad name if they don't clean up their act. I NEVER in HELL want to be friends but IT DOESN'T COST A SINGLE CENT TO BE FRIENDLY...
