Knowledge Matsepe

My name is Mthandazo Knowledge Matsepe, on the 16/02/2022 I got roped in Alexandra gun point the took my phone,b so I went to PEP Cell in Alex Mall on the 04/03/2022 the buy a new phone I bought Mobicel Titan, I had to take it back couple of days because it started not working properly I think I downloaded an app that *******ed the phone as I got there I met with the lady by Nonhle Mbatha wow that lady how she welcome me and listen to my story she put herself in my shoes understanding my frustration and she told me she will flash btue phone and start it afresh and I'm gonna need to download any app but unfortunately I didn't have airtime neither she did, she told me we will wait for her colleague to come and she will hot spot me so that I can download, she was helping me and helping other people who where on a line, as her colleague arrived she introduced her to me that makes me more happy and told her my story she said no problem she hot spot me and we started working on the phone for about 30 minutes they where so patient with me until the phone works properly her name was Yonela Vikwa, thank you so much lady's keep up the good work I will definitely be back to buy Samsung Galaxy A32 soon.
