KHOLEKA OF NYANGA JUNCTION IS RUDE AND ***********

It was the 1 June when I went to this store to buy a cellphone. I love radio and my current phone was giving me problems so I decided to buy a cheap phone, especially for at work. It was a hurricane sling for R150. On my way to work I realised that the radio was not working but the only time I will have a chance will be over the weekend as I am not working. I never kept my receipt, who does for a cellphone of R150. I went there, Kholeka who was very rude and has no way of speaking told me that it was the eighth day and that she will not do any exchange. I humbly told her I do not need the money but only need a working radio. She then told me that there is no guarantee for the earphones. She just said a whole lot of excuses and refusing to assist me. Her colleague told her that it's possible to do an exchange even without the receipt(which was never an issue because all she wanted was to take this phone and send it for repairs because Saturday was the eighth day according to her calculations). I was so disgusted because of her rudeness and not willing to assist me. She is ******** and ***********. I still have the phone and the radio is not working. She also shouted at another customer and that's when I intervened, telling her that is no way to speak with any human being regardless of them being a customer. She was ****ed off, that's why she was not willing to help me.
