I am very disappointed and sad. I went to Pep Bloet mall yesterday to buy a phone and when I got there, the door was closed before 17:45, I asked the staff what time are they closing and she said they need to leave at 18:00, I was shocked to see staff rejecting customers. Pls display that u close 17:45 not 18:00 and am also not happy that when I buy airtime I never get my 20c change but I get it at the other branches. Pep close to Camridge, Bloed str are krooks, they are *****ing from customers am not happy at all with the service, I feel like taking this further in order to be heard. I am giving u guys a chance to do something abt it, am not letting this one go, if ur staff are lazy they must replace them. I urgently needed the phone yesterday for a reason. I lost business because of lazy stupid staff. Pls get back to me on ********** 807.
