<p>So i went into a pep store here at the Centurion mall last week friday the 26/08/2016 and the phone had been problematic with its speaker and mouth piece since Tuesday the 30th but due to work commitments i could i only go to the store today to exchange it. To my suprise i was told my seven days exchange warranty has lapsed and there is nothing they can do they must send it in for repaires and i must be without a phone in that whole process. SIES, what a terrible experience this was.</p>
