KAAK STORE!!!!

i do not understand how one cannot be helped when they have lost their slip????!!!! i bought headphones just yesterday from PEP in calton centre johannesburg branch, got home only to find out that they do not charge??? i then called the ****ty customer care and then they tell me that i cannot exchange them because i do not have the slip????? what ****ty response is that? you want to tell me that a slip cannot be retrieved from the system whilst other retailers can do that???? that is highly ****ed up!!!!
