Just disappointed

Bought beautiful boots at Pep in Lakeside Mall, a few weeks later I decided to wear them for work but as I was putting them on I realised that one shoe was a size 5 and one a size 3.... these shoes were packed together on one hanger thing.... and because I didn’t keep the slip they refused point blank to exchange the size 3 to a 5 as well as refunding my money, super disappointed.... and the worst part is they are such beautiful boots and now they just lying in my cupboard with the price tag still on
