Issues with device/store refusing to assist

I have purchased a mobi cell vibe from the pep cellphone store in chatsworth a month back now I'm having problems with the device where the LCD is showing blank and the phone was not dropped or anything took the device back the store refused to assist the phone is not even a month old and it's giving problems
