Issue with my phone which I bought at Pep

I bought a new phone at Pep soshanguve mall on 24th January 2025, Samsung A06 [dual sim] and the lady who was helping me throughout the process of my purchase told me that my phone is not a simlock since I asked her that I really don't need simlock phone, my phone came with telkom sim which was loaded with data for day nd night, so kept it till I used all the data, so now I inserted my Vodacom sim card n MTN, now sim2 is not reading any sim cards, I even swapped simcards but still nothing is happening...
