Irritating Lie

All the time when me and my sister go to pay DSTV at Pep Cell it's offline I keep wondering if it's ever been online after the two or three times we made a payment there. If such a service it's no longer rendered why can't they put a huge signage that we can't pay for dish there, instead of them letting us waste our time in the queue only for them to say it's offline or maybe they don't know how to use that type of software now they are told to lie to customers that it's offline. Management should then train stuff or write off this service from their adverts since it's not working. I'm really irritated by this lie they should do something about this soon.
