Interesting service

I went to Clearwater Pep to go purchase a school bag and upon arrival I found that the bags were too high and asked for those things that we suppose to use to get things ourselves. There was a lady pity I didn't get her name who was busy cleaning and couldn't be bothered with the fact that we needed assisted. She could clear hear things falling apart and my daughter getting hurt in the process and she didn't bother to come and assist, I find that very disturbing for someone who works with customers everyday. I went to the till to ask if there is a policy that says we must use those things for ourselves because my concern is what happens if u get hurt who will be held liable? Xola than told me anyone can use those things it's common sense wow. What an interesting service from pep.
