Insulting disrespectful staff at Pep Oaksfields Benoni

Went to Pep Oaksfields Benoni to collect my Paxi Parcel. As i was approaching the till i was told to go to the next till for assistance, next teller ignored me and assisted the person who came before me when I asked why i am not being assisted her response was extremely rude and said she did 0not call me to be assisted she together with another colleague started to verbally attack me in Zulu saying i should respect them. I have never experienced such disrespect before so disappointed in your Staff. They insult customers.
