Insulted

I'm extremely sad & disappointed with the service I received from Joseph and crew on the 4th of April 2026 at PEP 5422-***24 PEP 14h56:47 Thulamahashe, He threw an beat me with his shop keys in front of my sister and insulted me badly with tsonga language an pushed me out of the shop harshly. Monday im going to the doctor i want to open a case against him. He argued that i speak zulu to be told that he can't help me with my issue.. Unhelpful. he gave me an unpleasant treatment on my return for help. he didn't even bother to listen to my question he dismissed me for next customer. that's harassment basically for such behavior in cooperate level. This is unacceptable.
