Insulted

Today I went to Pep stores in Vryburg at SHOP NO 7-11 VRYBURG BOXER CENTRE, 15 CHURCH STREET.

I went to pay my Justine account and I wanted to get a pair of sunglasses as I was heading to the til to look at the mirror I could not reach the mirror to check the sunglasses. So I went to the cashier who had called me to pay and said to her. "I wanted to check the sunglasses but the mirrors are far which is useless for me because Iam short. What can I do?"

The cashier who is named Gomolemo (as my slip says) didn not even look at me ler alone greet... she just rudely rep**** and said I don't know..." and than I said "and you don't seem to care" That's when she went for it... Gomolemo rep**** to say: I am not the one who put the mirror there so why do you except me to care or what do you want me to say?

I looked at her and said" Haaw ousi why do you have to be so nasty and insult me when all I asked was what can I do to see myself in the mirror to purchase the glasses..." She started saying I leave her alone because shes not the mood for me.

I, than said why did you have to be so rude about it. That time her colleague on other til (a young man) is laughing hysterically and they making jokes about me (as if he's referring to her but was actually making me a fool). He goes to Gomolemo "Yoh you will get a heart attack" and they both started laughing at me.

I stood there, keeping quiet and gave my card to pay. That time I am hurt, embarrassed as I am made a fool out of in a shop with customers watching. I have been insulted but Gomolemo at PEP Vryburg on Church street has made me a fool today.

I WANT YOU TO EXPLAIN WHETHER I DESERVE TO BE TREATED LIKE A FOOL AND BE LAUGHED BY PEOPLE WHO CLAIM TO BE PROFESSIONALS.

HOW DO YOU SAY TO A CUSTOMER, I AM NOT IN THE MOOD FOR YOU AFTER INSULTING THEM?

Should we stop buying at your stores because of fear of being insulted?

I am hurt and disgusted and today I shall never ever shop your stores.
