*****ing Payments and marking them as "Not Paid" - ZERO support.

I made a payment on the 27th of July to my account using my Pep Account Card number AS THEIR STATEMENT SAYS I SHOULD.

It is now the 13th of August and interest has been added to my account for "none payment".

I have been trying to follow up with them and trying to get it sorted out but no one is helping. I have messaged support, called, emailed.

No one is allocating the payment.

I will be settling this account end August and never using them again. *******.
