Information on internet very wrong. Staff unhelpful

On the internet it states the shop hours are 8am till 5pm. Arrived and apparently 8.30am !! Nothing on door, so they can have whatever hours they want. Why not have the correct information and allow the customer the convenience of organising there time. Have to wait to return products. Now late for a meeting by a half hour. Very annoying. Chatted to staff. Apparently cannot help till 8.30am under any circumstances !!
