Incorrect easy-pay number used

Dear sir/madam

I went to pay my water bill at Pep Fourways, incorrect easy-pay number [***(8)19252] used ana payments went to wrong account number. Payment want process on 08 September 2025 at 16:18. We went to store for slip reprint and slip was reprinted but it was not clear. I went for second time, they could not help me.
