Incorrect adverti*****t by vodacom and PEP cell
My experience with PEP cell in maponya mall was bad,I bought a cellphone a year ago and a year later the on/off button stopped working.I took it back to the store and was assisted by Miranda who advised me that she will send the phone to vodacom and I shouldcheck them after six,I went to the store after 6 weeks and was told that they cannot fix my phone because other *****s are missing. The phone is used by my 5 year old son, there is no way he can open the front part of the phone when he doesnt even know where te battery is. This clearly shows that PEP cell and vodacom sell second hand product and tell us its new product. All i want them to sort out is the on/off button so that my son can use the phone again.
