Incompitence/Rude to customers

I went to pep store this morning.I was at the door when they opened to buy mugs they advertised on National TV for almost a week,only to find that they have only 6 mugs instore.How can they advertise 6 items on National TV ,they are waisting our time and misleading customers,on top of that,one of the staff was very rude to customers.She said\ngingenaphi kumamugs\" instead of explaining nicely if they had recieved stock or not.We always support this store, we dont deserve that treatment.We are the ones that bring our hard earned cash for them to support their families,they need to treat us with respect really.I'm really ****ed.I think people must stop going there because this is not the first time this kind of thing happens with pep<br> "
