People that work don't know their own policies. I was sent from pillar to post. Talked to 4 people only to have the last one tell me that I cannot exchange and get cash from them I will have to take something else why couldn't the first person I explained this to tell me this??? Imagine if I bought this in Joburg and came to Durban I would to fly back to Joburg because I want a cash refund, pathetic service and *********** staff.
