*********** manager, staff better

In the last few days, my friend and I went to Pep to buy a sim card for a swim swap as she lost her phone through *******. The cashier refused to complete the sale of the sim, quickly pointing out to manager.

The manager called us aside, saying she cant sell us the sim card as, if not rica'd, Pep won't gain a profit. As I pointed out the writing at back of sim that I shouldn't rica if I want a swim swap, she flatly refused and said its Pep's policy and turned her back on us and saying ill be taking profit away from Pep, said try other shops as is the norm at Pep for a sim without rica. She walked away

How is that even possible? So its pep policy that you can buy a phone from them but if lost, you have to get a new number because they don't rica sim in fear of losing profits?!!!!!

Unbelievable. Shocking. From the ordeal of suffering a ******* to being told that. Goodness me.

All at Pep Tramshed. Manager confidently said she is Winnie and there's nothing I can do.
