I asked this woman who is a sales consultant at pep in Protea Gardens Mall in Soweto(FIkile) if they have a mobile wifi router and she tells me she doesn't know what I'm talking about.she screens across the store and ask her manager, whereas I am looking at her manager then she replies she has them in stock, Fikile replies to me and say they don't have.<br> Her manager then decides to get one router for me, I get to the till and gives her manager attitude and does not RICA my SIM card properly and left me hanging.Fikile doesn't know retail please find her trainer for the job, we all know it's know the best of jobs ever but we expect you to know the product that you selling.
