***********, disrespectful and unprofessional ***

I would like to express my disgust with the service provided at the Pep store at Golden walk/Germiston, I went in with my baby and stood at the parcel count with 2 other customers and no one attended to us, I then went in with my baby's bag as I was only going to buy pyjamas, I then asked Zodwa where there antiperspirants are store and she showed me and then said I should take my bag to the parcel counter, told her there was no one there and proceeded to get item, then she yelled at me and said told said I shouldn't make a spectacle of myself, I went and came back and she was still on my case about having my bag with me, I reminded Zodwa that she must not forget who the customer is and told her to know her place, I ended up telling her to leave me alone and she said she won't leave me alone, one of your stuff even told her to stop arguing with a customer, I was so livid, I swore at her it was the first time in my life to have a Pep staff member back chatting me like that and making me swear in front of my baby, then when i went to pay she was at the counter and continued with her nasty comments and my baby even started to cry, after i paid for my stuff she pushed them on the side t
