I bought a handset at PEP cell in Dobsonville mall yesterday (10/02/2020) of which I later discovered was not of my satisfaction, I tried to return and exchange it for a better handset, today (11/02/2020) at Jabulani Mall store my plea was rejected by the consultant by name of Zandile. Stating their 7 days return policy "they only do the exchange or returns on faulty handset". Now I am stuck with a handset that I don't like and it's so frustrating as so how the consultant was arrogant even when i tried to reason with her,

13 Feb 2020, 07:56After sending an email to customers complaints department, some from Jabulani, Pep cell store called me and explain the same thing as the consultant at the store, meaning my complain fell into death ears again, so yesterday (12/02/2020) I decided to take the handset back to the store (Dobsonville mall) I left it the with consultant and advised her that once the store is prepared to attend to my issue they will have to call me, since I have returned their goods.
