*********** and rude cashier at ermelo mall pep store

a lady cashier by the name Sanele .was rude and *********** ....i went to pep to pay for my cellc account using easypay .It was my first time paying using it .I informed her that I'm here to pay using easypay .I ask what number is it needed on the receipt that I had or does she needs my I'D book ....she rudely stare at me and ask me don't I know how to read .she's not there to read for me I'm the 1 who said I'm there to pay using easy pay ...but I explained to her....her face turned red with anger said I'm waisting people's time while was still looking at my receipt ....I requested my money and went to checkers instead ...I'm so angry don't think I'l ever make a mistake of going there again I was made fool of ...what is the point of saying you are serviceling customer yet you angry when they need that service ..I don't think she derseve to be at till point .
