<p>The phone I bought at PEP has faulty speakers and they refused to take it back eventhough it had only been 24hours.</p> <p>Thisis the second time I write a review because they refused to hear me out and they refused to take back the phone after I had returned it.</p> <p>Im very disappointed in their service because they are in predominantly black malls but they treat their customers in a bad manner even losing their patience instead of hearing them out.</p> <p>As I write this I am stick with a phone that I might never use again and I have lost money.</p> <p> </p>
