Incompetency!!!! -

Iva received such terrible service for this. Nobody can even help with the location of my parcel. I am being taken from pillar to post because of someone's incompetence leading to me losing my parcel. This is extremely disappointing, especially because they tend to their job really well. One person misinformed us and now we are left inconvenienced because of this.
