Incompetency

I went to pep stores in cradlestone and asked for help to change the phone number that i use on my pep money account but they could not assist me as they did not know how, this is very concerning because on the pack which you get when you open the account it shows that you can do that but then at the store i could not be assisted, this is incompetency of the highest level.
