Incompetency

PEP Home Ilanga Mall is the pits, 4 cashiers, a long line inside the store during a pandemic. And they are busy giving attention to the man who is delivering, I don't know it it's the PEP culture to just have 3 ladies entertain one man and leave one cashier to attend a long line of customers. You'll wait for over 30 minutes to be attended to, this is just madness because we're all paying customers
