Incompetence of cashiers

<p>I'm so tired of telling cashiers to put my purchase on budget and they put it through on straight, and then they just say sorry and smile. Knowing you can't do anything about it after it has gone through. If they don't know how to use a card machine they should not be a cashier.</p>
