Incompetence

Please tell me what is going on?
I sent this parcel know the 30th of November till today its no where to be found
Parcel scheduled was for 5th of December I paid for express order but no service received and I am told that paxi. Cannot do anything about it parcel its no covered
My children Christmas clothes are gone just like that the same you made on a relationship with my daughter is embarrassing
The child left on the 11gh as she cannot wait to receive the parcel and went on holidays
What a an embarrassment of service and loss of money I received from PEP and PAXI no care just nothing only lies I am getting from your consultants I have been phoning since the 5th my efforts time airtime just more anxiety you caused
I have all the emails calls and recording
I wont do anything just go do your business and **** people
You have spoilt Christmas for my child its a damage that i will never fix a trauma go ghe poor child she will never forget 💔
