Incompetence at its best

I went to Pep store today to pay go my aunts pep funeral cover they told me they can't scan the card as it is damaged I gave them the previous slip I had received and they said they don't do things like that manually when I asked them for a solution they said they can't help I went to a s ecound pep played and when I asked them for the area managers number, they told me they don't wanna put someones Job on the line so I should leave.
