incompetence and unprofessinalism

on the 15th March 2016 I went to exchange gifts from a baby shower. The store manager Ratu refused and was very rude about it she told me I should give the clothes to charity theres a many needy people who could take them. I was very appalled as these were gifts. Ratu went on to say I stole the clothes since I dont have a slip and should bring the person who bought them to the store. She refused to provide me with her superior's number and reluctantly gave me customer services number which I have called qnd still waiting for an answer. Very unprofessional and ***********
